#3 Shreyas Iyer – DC

Shreyas Iyer has proved that he is not just a promising youngster, he has a great temperament as well. I last season, he had got the opportunity to lead an IPL franchise and he has certainly has not disappointed one bit. He led the bunch of youngsters and some veterans with some composure which earned him great compliments from some of the legends of the game. Apart from leading the Delhi Capitals into the playoffs, he also amassed 463 runs in 16 innings for the franchise at an average of 30.87 and scored three half-centuries.
