The Indian Premier League (IPL) franchise, Delhi Capitals (DC) have unveiled their jersey for the upcoming season of the cash-rich league that is scheduled to commence on March 23. The Delhi franchise recently changed their name from Delhi Daredevils to Delhi Capitals and now they will look forward to commencing their IPL campaign against three-time champions Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Wankhede Stadium on February 24 of the competition.
Delhi’s new jersey has tiger stripes in cool blue shades supported by their official logo featuring three tigers. Describing the same on their website the franchise said, “In continuation with the new look of the franchise which can be found in the new logo characterized by the three tigers, the new jersey has incorporated tiger stripes in a cool blue shade.”
The brand-new Delhi Capitals jersey has been unveiled through an official IPL promo featuring our dynamic young star – wicketkeeper-batsman Rishabh Pant.

In a light-hearted banter, the Delhi Boys have also teased defending champions Chennai Super Kings. Shreyas Iyer will be leading the team while batting legend Ricky Ponting will continue to be the head coach with Mohammad Kaif to assist the Australian. Known as Delhi Daredevils, they renamed themselves to Delhi Capitals in December last year with a brand new logo.
