MI’s skipper is going through a rough patch with the bat

Rohit Sharma (MI)

Mumbai Indians skipper is not at his usual best in the Indian Premier League 2019. His poor run of form stretched further with another failure against Hyderabad, where he managed just 11 runs in 14 balls, where he hit one six. Mohammad Nabi dismissed him in the fourth over of the match.

Jonny Bairstow (SRH)

England’s dynamic opener Bairstow was the main reason behind Sunrisers Hyderabad’s success in the ongoing season. He was scoring runs for fun in IPL 2019 but failed to give another good start against Mumbai Indians. Bairstow scored just 16 runs off 10 balls in his game and got out to Deepak Chahar. This was the first game where he couldn’t give SRH a 50+ run opening partnership.

David Warner (SRH)

Hyderabad’s talismanic batsman David Warner holds key to their success. He had been giving sensational success to his team but couldn’t replicate on his form against Mumbai Indians. Warner was clean bowled by Alzarri Joseph for 15 runs while chasing a below-par target of 137.
