Rajasthan Royals and Mumbai Indians will face each other on a second straight Saturday as they first met on last weekend where Rajasthan came victorious by four wickets. Both teams have an indifferent campaign so far and are sitting in different halves of the points table. Mumbai climbed to the second spot with a win against Delhi Capitals while Rajasthan has won two games so far and are placed seventh. Rajasthan lost their last game against Kings XI Punjab despite being on the driver’s seat for the most part of that game. Thus, they will try to replicate on last Saturday’s performance again.

Rajasthan Royals (RR)

RR faced KXIP on Tuesday and was beaten by 12 runs. Ravichandran Ashwin’s cameo came handy to propel Punjab’s total to 182, which proved too much for Rajasthan. Ashwin returned to make a difference with the ball as well where he took two wickets at the cost of 24 runs. Only Rahul Tripathi showed resistance against Punjab before Stuart Binny’s late blitz.
