The league phase of the Indian Premier League (IPL) is now over and we enter the all-exciting qualifiers. Having topped the table with 18 points, Mumbai Indians (MI) will take on the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the first qualifier at Chepauk. CSK also have the same number of points but Mumbai edged ahead on account of a superior run-rate.
Both the teams have already clashed twice this season, with Mumbai winning on both the occasions. They return to Chepauk, being the first team this season to defeat Chennai on their home turn. Rohit Sharma leads MI, while MS Dhoni holds the reigns for CSK. The team that loses will get one more chance to redeem themselves while the winner goes straight to the finals.
