Mohammed Shami  (DC) – 7 wickets

Mohammed Shami had a decent outing in the first week for KXIP. Against DC, he scalped as many as three wickets, However, in the game against RCB, he only managed to take one wicket of Josh Phillippe. He also took three wickets against Rajasthan Royals (RR), but his team lost the match.

Sheldon Cottrell (RCB) – 5 wickets

Apart from Mohammed Shami, Sheldon Cottrell has been one of the crucial cogs for KXIP as in the match against RCB he scalped a couple of early wickets including Virat Kohli which held them to win the match. 

Kagiso Rabada (DC) – 5 wickets

Kagiso Rabada played a crucial role in for DC being the unbeaten team so far in the tournament. He gave away just 2 runs in the super-over he bowled against KXIP. Again in the game against CSK,  he scalped three crucial wickets to restrict the men in yellow. He has also managed to maintain the economy rate of 6.75.

Yuzvendra Chahal (RR) – 4 wickets

Yuzvendra Chahal has always been a crucial cog for RCB over the years, but he was the wrecker-in-chief when he scalped a couple of wickets has been successful in making an impact so far. He got the dangerous wickets of Shubman Gill and Chris Lynn in the game against Kolkata. He picked up 4 wickets in 2 matches and returned with the best figures ever in the IPL as he finished the KKR game with 2/20.
