Lockie Ferguson came into the playing XI and announced his arrival in style. KKR will be facing a stern challenger against RCB, who thrashed the Knight Riders in the reverse encounter a week ago. KKR can make changes in their playing XI to pose a tougher challenger this time around. The same team, which suffered six consecutive defeats in IPL 2019,  has turned into a serious contender for the coveted trophy as RCB has won six games so far out of nine.

A half-fit Andre Russell failed to defend 18 runs in the final over against SRH. If the hamstring injury isn’t too serious, the team management will continue to bank on the allrounder to turn things around with the bat. Bar any forced injury-related changes, KKR will be expected to retain the same XI.

Probable XI: Shubman Gill, Rahul Tripathi, Nitish Rana, Eoin Morgan (c), Andre Russell/Chris Green, Dinesh Karthik (wk), Pat Cummins, Shivam Mavi, Kuldeep Yadav, Lockie Ferguson, Varun Chakravarthy.
