The Indian Premier League (IPL) auction for the upcoming edition of 2021 has started in Chennai and it will be engrossing to see how each of the teams finally shapes up. Here is what the Mumbai Indians (MI) are up to in the auctions.

#1 Adam Milne – ₹3.2 Crores
The kiwi fast bowler, Adam Milne was the first buy for MI in the auction as they bought him for ₹3.2 Crores. He can be a great replacement for James Pattinson for Mumbai.
#2 Nathan Coulter-Nile – ₹5 Crores
The Australian fast bowler, Nathan Coulter-Nile was bought back by MI in the auction as they bought him for a whopping price of ₹5 Crores. He be will be happy to rejoin the franchise.
#3 Piyush Chawla – ₹2.4 Crores
The veteran Indian leg-spinner, Piyush Chawla was useful bought by MI in the auction after a bidding war with the capitals for a whopping price of ₹2.4 Crores. He be will be a great backup bowler for someone like Rahul Chahar. In IPL 2020, he played 7 games for CSK in which he scalped just 6 wickets.
#3 James Neesham – ₹50 Lakhs
The veteran Kiwi all-rounder, James Neesham was bight by Mumbai Indians for his base price of ₹50 lakh.
#3 Arjun Tendulkar – ₹20 Lakhs
Unsurprisingly, Arjun Tendulkar got the first bid from Mumbai, where his father Sachin is the team mentor, for ₹20 lakhs. He is sold to Mumbai Indians for his base price itself.
#3 Piyush Chawla – ₹20 Lakhs.4 Crores
Yudhvir Charak was bought by Mumbai for ₹20 lakhs.
