The 15th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 will be played between Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) and Delhi Capitals (LSG) at the DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai. KL Rahul and Rishabh Pant, the two enormously gifted cricketers, often been touted as the future captains of Team India will be showcasing their tactical acumen when newcomers in the game on Thursday.
Rahul and Pant, both match-winners in their own rights even with the bat, will be looking to seize the initiative in the early stage of the tournament. LSG has managed to win 2 out of 3 matches in the tournament and are placed in 4th position. They defeated Sunrisers Hyderabad in the previous match by a small margin of 12 runs.

Delhi Capitals started their campaign with a win against Mumbai Indians, defeating MI by 4 wickets as they comfortably chased down the score of 178 runs in 18.2 overs. Against Gujarat Titans in the second match, DC fell short of the target by 14 runs. It will be an interesting game between DC and LSG as both teams have lost one game so far and they will be looking to gather another two points early in the tournament.
Lucknow Super Giants (LSG)
The Lucknow Super Giants looked settled against Sunrisers Hyderabad with the return of Jason Holder in their XI. Manish Pandey is completely out of colors. But will Lucknow Super Giants take the step of dropping him for the playing XI, will be an intresting question for the management? If Manish Pandey is axed, Manan Vohra or Karan Sharma could replace him in the eleven. No changes in the bowling lineup are expected.

Delhi Capitals assistant coach Shane Watson on Wednesday confirmed that Warner and Nortje will be playing for the first time this season. New Zealand’s Tim Seifert, who has opened the batting in two matches, maybe dropped if Warner joins the team. Warner can be seen opening the match with Prithvi Shaw. Nortje is expected to replace Khaleel Ahmed in the team. Khaleel has bee impressive, but he may have to sacrifice for Nortje.
