In the 6th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2021, Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) will be seen locking horns with the Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai on Wednesday. RCB started their campaign on a winning note after a close win over Mumbai Indians. Despite RCB having a new-look team and there is room for improvement as far as their batting is concerned. Devdutt Padikkal will be expected to return to the side as he will be expected to open with Virat Kohli.

With the firepower they have in the middle-order, RCB will fancy winning the same over SRH. However, they face a stern test against Sunrisers Hyderabad, who boast perhaps the best bowling attack in IPL 2021. Blessed with the likes of Rashid Khan and David Warner, SRH has eth habit of punching above their weight. While they lost their opening IPL 2021 clash against Kolkata Knight Riders, Warner and his men will be raring to bounce back.

SRH had defeated RCB in the playoffs last year. SRH’s 2016 IPL win also came at the expense of RCB, whom they beat in the final. While the Sunrisers seem to hold the edge, Bangalore should prove to be a handful in what promises to be an exciting IPL 2021 clash.

Here are some fantasy XI predictions for the game:

Wicket-Keepers

Wriddhiman Saha

AB de Villiers seems to be a better pick as he has been known for making a strong comeback and he will be much more effective on pitches in Chennai. However, for SRH, Wridhhiman Saha will be keeping the wickets as he is known for playing match-winning knocks, but in order to maintain the balance of the Fantasy XI, ABD seems the better pick.

Batsmen

David Warner, Virat Kohli, Kane Williamson, Devdutt Padikkal have always been the prime contenders for fantasy cricket. Even, Manish Pandey also is added in fantasy cricket and that will depend on the balance of the squad. Apart from them, there are some useful batsmen in the line-ups as well, like Kedar Jadhav, and Rajat Patidar.

All-rounders

Glenn Maxwell

There are some really reliable all-rounders in both teams but citing the pitch in Chennai, Washington Sundar, Glenn Maxwell, and Vijay Shankar seems to be the perfect fit. Apart from them, the good all-rounders for fantasy cricket are Dan Christian and Jason Holder.

Bowlers

Both the teams don’t have decent bowling line-ups but they don’t have practiced a lot. Bowlers like  Bhuvneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel, Yuzvendra Chahal, and Rashid Khan become the obvious choices for the Fantasy XI on the dusty track at the MA Chidambaram Stadium. Apart from them, some crucial bowlers can be like, Mohammed Siraj, Kyle Jamieson, and Sandeep Sharma.
