Gujarat Titans (GT) and Delhi Capitals (DC) will be locking horns with each other for the first time in the tenth match of Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. GT is currently standing in the fourth position on the points table of this season of the IPL whereas Delhi Capitals is currently placed in second place on the points table.
GT played one match in this season of the IPL where they won that match while DC also played one game in this season where they, too, won it by a decent margin. Gujarat Titans played their last game against Lucknow Super Giants where they won the game by 5 wickets. Hardik Pandya and Rahul Tewatia played match-winning knocks of 33 runs and 40 runs respectively for Gujarat Titans in that game.

On the other hand, Delhi Capitals played their last game against Mumbai Indians where they registered a close win by 4 wickets. Lalit Yadav and Axar Patel smacked 48 runs and 38 runs respectively for Delhi Capitals in that game. These two teams will play their first-ever head-to-head game in the history of the IPL so both will look to start with a win here.
Gujarat Titans (GT)
Gujarat Titans had all their basis covered in the last game and won’t be looking to tinker with their combination. Shubman Gill and Matthew Wade will open the innings. Vijay Shankar, David Miller, Hardik Pandya, Abhinav Manohar, and Rahul Tewatia will form the rest of the batting order. Varun Aaron is expected to keep his place in the eleven despite going for plenty in the last game.

Now that some of the foreign players are back, it will be interesting to see how DC changes its formation to get the best outcome.
