The 19th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 will be witnessed in an interesting contest between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Delhi Capitals (DC). It will be the afternoon game on Sunday at the Brabourne stadium in Mumbai. KKR will be eager to win this game and take a strong step towards making their position strong on the points table. A win can swell KKR’s points tally to 8 and they will be in a better position to make a move toward the playoffs.
However, the Delhi outfit too needs a win, as they have just 2 points from three games and are in the bottom half of the table. Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR)
The openers look a bit out of sync with KKR’s no-holds-barred approach while batting. Ajinkya Rahane averages only 18 at a strike rate of 109.09 in the first four games. But, at the other end, Venkatesh Iyer isn’t having a great tournament either and is surprisingly striking at 87.04 inside the PP this season, but the side will breathe a sigh of relief after his unbeaten fifty in the last game.
