The 44th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2023 will be played between Gujarat Titans (GT) and Delhi Capitals (DC) at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. GT is currently placed at the top of the points table of this season of IPL whereas DC is currently placed at the bottom of the points table.
Gujarat Titans played eight matches in this season of the IPL where they won six matches while Delhi Capitals also played eight matches in this season where they managed to win just a couple of games. Gujarat Titans played their last game against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) where they registered a 7-wicket win. Shubman Gill and Vijay Shankar smashed 49 runs and 51 runs respectively for Gujarat Titans in that game.

On the other hand, Delhi Capitals played their last match against Sunrisers Hyderabad where they lost that match by 9 runs. Philip Salt and Mitchell Marsh smashed 59 runs and 63 runs respectively for Delhi Capitals in that game. These two teams have played have played 2 matches against each other in the history of IPL so far where Gujarat Titans won both of those matches with Delhi Capitals. The last time they played against each other in this season, Gujarat Titans beat Delhi Capitals by 6 wickets.
Gujarat Titans (GT)
Sai Sudarshan scored a fifty when these two teams met last time and was named man of the match. But only two out of Vijay Shankar, Abhinav Manohar, and Sudarshan have a spot in the XI at the moment. In this year’s IPL, wrist spinners have ruled the roost against DC, picking 16 wickets at an average of just over 14. Titans have the Afghan duo of Rashid Khan and Noor Ahmad to cause problems to a batting unit that’s already short on confidence.

He does have an excellent record against Shami who has been terrific with the new ball. And against leg spin, Warner has been striking it at 140 since 2020 in the IPL.
