Jos Buttler scored 28 runs in a Shivam Mavi over.

Mavi took the new ball for his team, giving a mere two runs in his first over, an over which saw Tripathi being dropped by Nitish Rana on the first ball of the over. Lesser did Mavi know that what was in line for him in the next over was even more dreadful.

On the first delivery of the third over, Buttler made room against Mavi but ended up top-edging the ball over the short third-man fielder for a boundary. On the following delivery, an innovative Buttler scooped Mavi for a towering six over fine-leg. The pressure got on Mavi, who bowled a short ball which was hit over point for another boundary.

The next ball, a slower short delivery was slogged awfully between mid-wicket and mid-on for another boundary. On the penultimate delivery of the over, Buttler once again scooped the bowler for a six over fine-leg. The last delivery of the over saw Buttler playing a wide yorker through the backward point region for a the fourth four of the over.
