2. Siddarth Kaul

The defending champions have already registered the orange cap and purple cap to their team. When all the glory has been shared by cap holders, players like Rashid Khan, Siddarth Kaul has made some useful contributions with the ball in hand. Kaul has taken 16 wickets in only 9 matches, 4/29 being his best figures.

In T20 cricket, the best bowler of the team bowls the penultimate over while defending, as the same time team also needs a bowler who can bowl the final over. Kaul has been that bowler for SRH who has bowled the final over consistently and that too with a lot of efficiency. He wasn’t been included in the first 5 matches and since then he bowled the death overs consistently for SRH. His temperament against the biggest hitters at the death makes him stand out and needless to say, he is one of the unsung heroes of IPL 10.

3. Manish Pandey

Kolkata Knight Riders are very fortunate to have a batsman like Manish Pandey. When all the attention was directed towards players like Chris Lynn, Sunil Narine, Robin Uthappa and the skipper Gautam Gambhir, Pandey played some remarkable innings and became a headache for the oppositions. He has been a crucial player for KKR in the middle-order and proved his worth every now and then.

Manish has played a couple of match-winning knocks, one being 69* while chasing 169 against DD. In that match, he came into bat when the team was struggling at 21/3. Opposition teams should try to get him out early else he could be a serious threat to them in the playoffs.
