Former India U-19 captain and current Gujarat Lions’ batsman, Ishan Kishan, grabbed a sensational catch to dismiss Samuel Badree in today’s encounter against Royal Challengers Bangalore.
On the third delivery of the 15th over, Badree slogged a Ravindra Jadeja delivery high in the air. Kishan running in from deep midwicket, covered a fair amount of distance before diving in his attempt to grab the catch.
The fielding standard has been below par in this edition of the Indian Premier League. Such efforts will improve the quality of fielding. Royal Challengers Bangalore were bundled out on 134 in 20 overs.
