India and Australia are currently clashing with each other in game five of the ICC World Cup 2023. The match is underway at the MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai. Pat Cummins won the toss and put the hosts into the field on what had been a hot sunny day. The game witnessed an unexpected interruption as ‘Jarvo 69’ invaded the pitch and even interacted with Virat Kohli.

The spectator was taken away from the field by the security personnel. He was also seen wearing India’s kit. Jarvo 69 became famous during the Test series between England and India in 2021. He invaded the pitch in almost every match of the series during that series. What caught the attention of many was he traveled all the way from the UK to India to support Men in Blue.

Coming to the match, India was off to a flying start, thanks to the fiery bowling by Jasprit Bumrah. The fast bowler conceded 1 run in his first over and then went on to take the wicket of Mitchell Marsh in his second over of the game. The equal credit of that wicket went to Virat Kohli, who took a stupendous catch in slips. The ball took the outside edge of the bat and went to Kohli’s left. The Indian batter put in a dive and took a staggering catch.\
