After conceding a boundary on the first ball of the over, Jasprit Bumrah announced his return to international cricket on the second ball itself. He delivered an angling delivery on the good length, outside off, and Andy Balbirnie planted his foot forward to defend, but the ball nipped back to get an inside edge and clip the top of the off stump.

Jasprit Bumrah gave an early breakthrough to India. On the penultimate delivery of the over, Lorcan Ticker went for an ambitious shot quite early in the innings and went back to the pavilion for a duck. Jasprit Bumrah delivered a ball on good length, outside off as Tucker shuffled across and tries to ramp it towards fine leg.

The ball struck on the upper half of the bat and Sanju Samson moved to his left and completed a rather comfortable catch. Bumrah bagged a couple of wickets in his comeback over.
