In the heartwarming video, Sanjana narrates a story to Angad, tracing Bumrah’s IPL journey — from his debut in 2013 as a fearless cub entering the jungle of sixes and boundaries, to now returning as the undisputed lion of Mumbai Indians’ pace attack. Bumrah was out of action during the 2023 IPL season due to a nagging back injury, which also saw him miss India’s Champions Trophy campaign. After undergoing back surgery, he spent months rehabilitating at the BCCI’s National Cricket Academy in Bengaluru.
