This isn’t the first time Bumrah and Axar have shared such light-hearted moments. During IPL matches, cameras have often caught their funny interactions, while their mutual appreciation for each other’s game has been equally genuine. Bumrah has frequently praised Axar’s consistency and composure under pressure, while Axar has often lauded Bumrah’s unmatched bowling prowess.

Speaking about Bumrah last year, Axar had said, “Jasprit Bumrah is a world-class bowler. With the kind of quality bowlers we have, we can get out of any tough situation. He knows exactly what to do, and the bowling coach doesn’t have to say much — whatever he’s thinking, it’s working perfectly.”
