Bumrah, always quick with a witty remark, dropped a comment saying, “Kidney touching acting 😂😂😂🙌🏾🙌🏾” — a playful twist on the phrase “heart-touching.” His comment instantly caught the attention of fans, prompting a flood of laughter emojis in the replies.

Axar, never one to back down, came up with a clever response: “Thanks a lot bro, next time my acting will touch your toes 🫣🫂.” The exchange perfectly captured their humorous friendship, which fans have seen play out both on and off the field.

This isn’t the first time Bumrah and Axar have shared such light-hearted moments. The two will now reunite for India’s upcoming five-match T20I series against Australia, beginning October 29 in Canberra. Bumrah, who was rested during the ODI series that India lost 2-1, will lead the bowling attack alongside Axar as the Men in Blue look to bounce back strongly.
