Rajasthan Royals (RR) superstar, Jofra Archer pulled off a catch with his complete potentially which can become the catch of the season on Sunday when the Steve Smith-led side locked horns with Mumbai Indians (MI) at the Sheikh Zayed Stadium in Abu Dhabi. In a bid to keep their playoff hopes alive, a struggling RR side was under the pump when they played against the high-flying Mumbai Indians in the 45th match of the ongoing IPL 2020.
Producing a jaw-dropping moment during the high-voltage clash, RR fiery fast bowler, Archer plucked a stunning catch to dismiss set batsman Ishan Kishan in the 10th over of Mumbai’s innings.

After the early hiccups of MI, as they lost Quinton De Kock, who received his marching orders in the very first over, premier batsman Ishan Kishan and Suryakumar Yadav made a strong comeback with the willow.
In search of a partnership breaker, captain Smith brought back Kartik Tyagi to bowl the 10th over. Facing the fourth delivery of the over, Kishan decided to go the aerial route but failed to time the ball with perfection and ended up giving away a thick outside edge.

Stationed at the third man position, Archer went flying and managed to grab an absolute blinder out of nowhere to send back Kishan.
Archer’s one-handed stunner soon became the talk of the town as fans were quick to back the Englishman for the catch of the season. RR tweeted: “NO WAY, YOU CANNOT DO THAT JOFRA ARCHER! NO WAY!”.

Even pacer Tyagi was finding it difficult to accept that Jofra Archer took the blinder to send Kishan packing for a crucial 37 off 36 balls. Talking about the match, MI flamboyant all-rounder, Hardik Pandya’s quick-fire 69* off 21 balls helped the Pollard-led side to post a competitive 195/5 in 20 overs.
