The Day 3 of the ongoing third Test between India and Australia was as eventful as it could get. The fans got to witness a fierce battle between the bat and ball, with Australia ending on high when stumps were called at the Sydney Cricket Ground (SCG) on Saturday. Even, the hosts’ skipper, Tim Paine lost his cool and hurled expletives at on-field umpire Paul Wilson. Australia was back to doing what they do best and showcased aggressive Test cricket in their quest to take an unassailable 2-1 lead in the 4-match series.

There was another incident involving India all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja and fast bowler, Josh Hazlewood, who was oozing confidence after dismissing wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant. Jadeja had just joined his Saurashtra teammate Cheteshwar Pujara, when he was welcomed at the crease with a bouncer by the lanky pacer.

Twitter was abuzz after the incident and fans just loved the on-field attitude of the Indian ‘rockstar’. Here is how they reacted:

Ravindra Jadeja continued batting despite being hit by a Mitchell Starc short ball and played an unbeaten knock of 28. He was also involved in a crucial 28-run partnership with India’s number 11 Mohammed Siraj for the 10th wicket.
