It started with the question of what he would be if not a cricketer, to which he replied “a businessman”. However, he also named Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah when he was given the option to chose between Jasprit Bumrah and Pat Cummins. Moreover, he backed PSL over IPL being a Pakistani as he said in the interview while many of his former teammates believe IPL is better.

However, when he was asked one cricket rule that he would like to change, Junaid Khan said: “In one day cricket, after 30-32 overs old balls used to be given. That rule should be re-introduced. It helps in reverse swing and we should have one ball only.”
