Veteran Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal’s latest Instagram story has fueled the rumours of his divorce with his wife Dhanashree Verma. The couple is on the verge of getting separated if reports are to be true. They have reportedly unfollowed each other on social media and also deleted pictures of each other from their respective profiles as well.

On Saturday night, Chahal took to Instagram and shared an emotional message in his story in which he spoke about his hard work and making his parents proud as well.

“Hard work spotlights the character of people. You know your journey. You know your pain. You know what all you have done to reach here. The world knows. You stand tall. You have worked with all your sweat to make your father and your mother proud. Keep standing tall like a proud son always,” Chahal wrote.

However, Yuzvendra Chahal tied the knot with Mumbai-based dentist and choreographer Dhanashree Verma in an amazing ceremony held in Gurugram in December 2020. Their relationship started earlier that same year when Chahal, known for his on-field antics and sharp bowling skills, signed up for Dhanashree’s popular YouTube dance classes as well. What started as casual dance sessions soon blossomed into a good friendship, with the duo discovering a mutual connection beyond cricket and dance.

With time, the relationship took a romantic turn, and it reached to a wedding too. Their wedding was an intimate celebration of their love, attended by family members and close friends as well. Since their marriage, Chahal and Dhanashree have shared glimpses of their life together on social media as well.
