Social media banters between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) skipper Virat Kohli and former English captain Kevin Pietersen is a usual affair. They have often been seen taking digs at each other. There was an incident some days back, where Pietersen asked the Indian skipper to ‘get on a bike’ on his workout video. In reply, Virat came up with a bang on reply and said– ‘after retirement’.
However, in the latest turn of events of social media trolling, Pietersen seems to have got the better of Kohli. His comment on Kohli’s latest video is just hilarious, and the RCB skipper might have been left just speechless. Kohli keeps throwing major fitness goals every now and then through his social media handle.

The latest video Kohli posted, he captioned it as, “Putting in some daily work to prepare for this heat. Btw pls tag and ask [Chris Morris] why he’s making those sounds in the background.”
Pietersen took no time to reply and wrote– “I’m more worried about the shorts you’re wearing?” RCB star spinner Yuzvendra Chahal, who has also been know for his epic trolling on social media, wrote– “Why are you wearing my shorts bhaiya”, to which Kohli wrote, “because you never wear them”. It would be interesting enough to watch if Kohli returns here to put a reply to Pietersen.
Virat Kohli and his men are on their look for their maiden IPL title this year. RCB started its 2020 season’s campaign to a 10-wicket win over Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH). Their last season was terrible where they finished at the bottom of the points table. They are locking horns with KL Rahul-led Kings XI Punjab on September 24 in their next match in Dubai.

Before the start of this season, Virat had expressed that they have a decent team balance this season and it has given them a fresh feeling. The star batsman is of the same opinion and opines that they are looking forward to a great season. Now, it will be a thing to watch for whether they can replicate their actions or field or not.
