Mumbai Indians (MI) locked horns with Rajasthan Royals (RR) in the 24th match of IPL 2021 at Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. The MI skipper, Rohit Sharma won the toss and decided to bowl first. There can never be a dull moment on the field when Kieron Pollard is at the crease. During the third ball of the 18th over of MI’s chase, Pollard grabbed the headlines for his hilarious reactions.
Rajasthan Royals posted 171/4 in their allotted quota of 20 overs. RR franchise failed to get support from the in-form batsmen as four players who scored runs got out when it mattered the most. The four players are none other than Jos Butter (41), Yashasvi Jaiswal (32), Sanju Samson (42), Shivam Dube (35). They combined together to help RR post a challenging total.

RR skipper, Sanju Samson top-scored with 42 with the help of 5 boundaries. Rahul Chahar was the pick of the bowlers for MI he got the wicket of both RR openers. In reply, Mumbai Indians comfortably chased down the target in 18.3 overs. Quinton de Kock top-scored with an unbeaten 70 off 50 balls including 6 fours and 2 sixes.
MI wicket-keeper batsman was seen batting at a strike rate of 140. Apart from him, Krunal Pandya looked good for his 39 off 26 balls including 2 fours and as many sixes at a strike rate of 150. When RR pacer Chris Morris delivered a short-pitched delivery to Pollard, the latter ducked early and the ball went on to hit his helmet.

The ball trickled away towards the fine leg region and soon the ball was seen racing towards the boundary rope. Meanwhile, Pollard gave a hilarious reaction as he attempted to push the ball to reach the fence. The video has spread like wildfire on social media platforms.
