KL Rahul has been a key figure in Delhi Capitals’ strong push for the IPL 2026 playoffs, delivering consistent performances at the top. Speaking on JioStar’s Superstars, the wicketkeeper-batter opened up about his special bond with the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium, his impressive record against Royal Challengers Bengaluru, and how modern T20 batting continues to evolve.

Rahul admitted that while he has often performed well against RCB, there is no specific tactical shift behind it. Instead, he believes the emotional connection with Chinnaswamy plays a huge role. “There’s nothing different I do against RCB. I’ve thought about it a lot. But Chinnaswamy is very special to me. I grew up watching matches there and dreaming of playing on that ground.”
KL Rahul explained that certain venues bring out the best in players, and for him, Chinnaswamy naturally creates a positive mindset.
