KL Rahul’s injury meant that India was one opener short in their rescheduled Test match against England, but they had enough cover in Shubman Gill and Rohit Sharma. However, the Indian captain getting positive for Covid-19 put India in a tricky situation and they were forced to fly out Mayank Agarwal as a backup for the Test match.
