Earlier, on Wednesday, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli was seen riding on the segway and thanked fans while doing it after registering an 8-wicket win in the Napier ODI against New Zealand. Now, it’s the turns of former India skipper MS Dhoni too impressed fans with his amazing display of balance on the segway. Dhoni showed no signs of nerves while operating the machine and handled it like a pro.

The Indian players were in high spirits as they took a 1-0 lead in the ongoing five-match series and the post-match shenanigans indicated the same. However, for fans, it was difficult to judge who was better at the segway as both the star cricketers did it well. Virat showed he was good at it as he operated it like a pro as he was doing Dharmendra style dance as well while riding.

Meanwhile, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has decided to rest Kohli for the last two ODIs of the ongoing five-match series and the three T20Is that will commence on February 6. Rohit Sharma will take over the reins during his absence. Meanwhile, he also became the first cricketer to win the Sir Garfield Sobers Trophy for ICC Cricketer of the Year, his second consecutive, the ICC Test and the ODI Player of the Year awards following an extraordinary 2018.
