The former Indian cricketer reckons that Afghanistan’s leg-spinner Rashid Khan is the most valuable player in the history of the IPL. Batsmen, bowlers, and all-rounders have done their part in the IPL so far. While Lasith Malinga is the leading wicket-taker in the history of the T20 tournament with 170 wickets, Rashid Khan has by far lived up to his reputation as a bowler in the league.

Tagged as one of the most sought-after bowlers in the truncated version of the game, Rashid Khan has often been seen pulling SRh from trouble against batting heavy teams like Mumbai Indians (MI) and Royal Challengers  Bangalore (RCB).

Sunrisers Hyderabad might have lost to Mumbai Indians (MI) but Rashid Khan bowled really well. He registered 2/22 in 4 overs and thus ended up as the second most economical bowler for SRH.
