Indian all-rounder Krunal Pandya is keen to take on Sri Lanka in the upcoming white-ball series, scheduled to begin on 18 July in Colombo. He expressed his keenness to get back in action on Instagram, where he posted several images from the practice sessions.
India and Sri Lanka are to lock horns in three ODIs and as many T20Is in Colombo. Both teams have new faces in the lineup but India are expected to win the series keeping Sri Lanka’s struggle in mind.

Sri Lanka’s last tour was of England, where they lost all games and came back home empty-handed.
Meanwhile, Krunal Pandya is all geared up to take on Sri Lankans. His first image saw him posing with two bats each in one hand. In the second image, he was posing with his Mumbai Indians teammate Suryakumar Yadav. In the last photo, he was checking his bat ahead of tomorrow’s game.

Krunal’s wife Pankhuri Sharma also made an appearance in the comment section and dropped two smiling faces with heart eye and fire emojis. It was followed by Natasa Stankovic’s comment who shared a red heart and biceps emojis.

The Baroda all-rounder made his ODI debut against England earlier this year and scored the fasted half-century on debut by an Indian cricketer. He helped India to post a match-winning total. He will try to turn up good against Sri Lanka in order to put his case for a place in the forthcoming T20 World Cup 2021 in the UAE and Oman.
