Not long ago, the bio-bubble during the 14th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL) was breached by a coronavirus. As it turned out, the virus spread in the teams like Kolkata Knight Riders, Chennai Super Kings, Delhi Capitals, and Sunrisers Hyderabad were hit by the virus. Because of that, the BCCI decided to postpone the tournament until further notice. Meanwhile, the Australian fast bowler, Pat Cummins is quarantining in India before becoming eligible to jet off to Australia.
Cummins and other overseas players faced issues over traveling ever since the league got postponed due to the ongoing pandemic. Earlier, Australian cricketers, support staff, and commentators have taken shelter in the Maldives for the time being.

Unfortunately, Cummins and several other KKR players have had to stay back in India when the KKR spinner, Varun Chakravarthy, and pacer Sandeep Warrier tested positive for the virus. While some of KKR’s overseas stars already reached their respective homes safely, Cummins has continued his stay in India.
In order to keep himself busy, Pat Cummins took part in online interviews. One of the interviews that went viral was Player’s Lounge. Cummins was seen having a discussion with the Indian presenter Mayanti Langer Binny and Graeme Swann.

During the interview, Cummins recalled his Test debut in South Africa 10 years ago and had to bat against fiery fast bowler Dale Steyn. But Cummins made the headlines for a hilarious reason. After the interview, Cummins mistakenly tagged Mayank Agarwal instead of Mayank Langer in the first place. Meanwhile, the Punjab Kings opener took to Twitter to correct Cummins’ blunder. Mayank who has no link with the interview tweeted, “You got the wrong person Pat (sic)”.
