The Mumbai Indians (MI) registered a historic win over the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the latest fixture of the Indian Premier League. In a nail-biting game, it was the defending champions that were victorious once again. They managed to chase down the second-highest total in IPL history. It was not an easy chase, as Keiron Pollard played the best knock of his life. He did so and helped his team reach a target of 219 in 20 overs. The winning runs were scored on the final ball of the Mumbai Indians’ innings.
After the win, the fans were seen taking a dig at MI on social media as they were talking about how Ambani’s money got them the win. This is a standard troll that the fans tend to apply. Every time MI pulls off an improbable win, the trolls have been seen putting the same logic.

This did not go down with former Mumbai Indians pacer, Mitchell McClenaghan, who took it up on him to respond to a couple of trolls. Sometimes cricketers and former players tend to do that when the fans talk too much.

The fans really got to McClenaghan and his reaction to Ambani Indians and the Money comments were mirroring his frustration. He was just out to defend his team, who had chased down a huge total. It was a brilliant game of cricket and the fans around the world were applauding the performance as well.
As of now, both teams look favorites to reach the playoffs. While, MI has registered their second consecutive game of the season, before this game CSK was on a 5-match winning streak.
