The fiery Indian fast bowler, Mohammed Siraj has earned a name for himself in his brief career for Team India and in the IPL as well. However, like most of the players, he started becoming the talk of the town when he started playing in the IPL, and then he broke into the Indian setup. In 2017, he was first bought by Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) but IPL 2018 auction saw Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) going for the pacer.

In a recent podcast by RCB, several players of the franchise opened up on how IPL changed their lives. In the same line of context, Siraj also talked about how IPL changed his life for good and the first thing he got for himself after getting picked. The Hyderabad pacer also stated that he got iPhone 7+ and then got a second-hand Corolla for his family.

In the RCB’s podcast with Danish Sait, Mohammed Siraj said, “First thing, I bought was iPhone 7+. Then I bought a second-hand car, Corolla. Car is important. IPL players need to have a car. For how long do I push around a Platina? But I didn’t know how to drive. My uncle’s son knew to drive so I called him every time I wanted to go out.”

Talking further in the same chat, Mohammed Siraj spoke of having a fascination with having cars for IPL contracted players and this is why he got one. However, it didn’t have an AC and this is why windows had to be kept down while traveling in it. While traveling in the same car, fans used to recognize him and cheer his name, he told. However, the following year, he managed to buy a Mercedes for himself.
