Mohammad Kaif Gets Trolled For Praising India’s Test Team Under Rohit Sharma

Rohit Sharma, the Indian skipper has been creating records ever since he has become the full-time captain of India. Sharma has won 14 matches in a row and is yet to lose a match as India’s full-time skipper. Recently, India gave a clean sweep to Sri Lanka to win the test series by 2-0. The hosts dominated throughout the home schedule.

Mohammad Kaif is known for his match-winning knock in the Natwest series final against England at Lords. The same match in which former Indian skipper, Sourav Ganguly took his shirt off. He has featured for India in ODIs for 125 matches and 13 Tests, in which he had amassed more than 3000 runs in international cricket batting at the lower middle order.

Mohammad Kaif, the former Indian player and current fielding coach of Delhi Capitals was trolled on Twitter he praised the Indian skipper, Rohit Sharma and Head Coach Rahul Dravid after India’s series win against Sri Lanka.

Kaif wrote that everything is looking fine under the leadership of Rohit Sharma and Rahul Dravid. The former Indian cricketer even went on to say that the team is taking shape as a world-beating Test squad which was big praise for both Rahul Dravid and Rohit Sharma.

In his tweet, Mohammad Kaif wrote: “KL, Rohit, Vihari, Kohli, Iyer, Pant, Jadeja, Ash, Bumrah, Shami and many No.11 options … Suddenly, it all looks fine. Under Rohit and Dravid, a world-beating Test unit is taking shape.”

Some of the Twitter users found the tweet to be extremely disrespectful towards the former Indian captain Virat Kohli. The troller accused Mohammad Kaif of ignoring the success of Virat Kohli as a skipper in Tests and Kaif was trolled for the same reason.
