Last few months haven’t gone down well for the Indian fast bowler Mohammed Shami as he has alleged of infidelity, age fudging and a lot of other things by his own wife Hasin Jahan. The bad day from him seems to be never-ending ones, as now, he has also been declared unfit to play the Test match against the Afghanistan team, who are going to play their maiden Test at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru starting from June 14 as he failed to clear the Yo-Yo test.
The Bengal pacer will be replaced by Navdeep Saini, who had an incredible 2017-18 Ranji season as he scalped 34 wickets in eight games. The selectors have also named young wicketkeeper-batsman Ishan Kishan as Sanju Samson’s replacement in India A squad for the One-Day series in England with the Kerala player also failing to clear the Yo-Yo test. The announcement came after Shami failed to clear the fitness test at NCA, Bengaluru.
