Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Rajasthan Royals (RR) are locking horns with each other in the 39th match of the Indian Premier League (2022) at the MCA stadium in Pune. RR suffered a huge blow when the in-form batter, Jos Buttler was dismissed in single-digit for the first time this season owing to a diving catch by Mohammed Siraj on the bowling of Josh Hazlewood.
Earlier, the RCB skipper, Faf du Plessis won the toss and decided to bowl first hoping for some dew in the second innings. They made one change as they dropped Anuj Rawat with Rajat Patidar. On the other hand, RR also made a couple of changes as Mitchell in for Karun Nair while Kuldeep Sen replaces Obed McCoy. RR suffered a huge blow as they lost a couple of wickets in the first 4 overs themselves.

On the first ball of the 5th over, Jos Buttler ended up playing the pull shot into the hand of diving Mohammed Siraj at mid-on. Josh Hazlewood rightly got a second over in the Powerplay and bowled a short ball which was enough to urge Buttler to get over the top of the stroke. Siraj leaped forward to grab hold inches from the turf.
Here is the video of the catch from Mohammed Siraj:
