MS Dhoni will be leading the Chennai Super Kings in the upcoming Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022. He has led the Chennai-based franchise in every season they played. He has successfully led the team to win 4 IPL trophies, making them the second most successful franchise in the history of the tournament. The franchise will be facing Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the first match of IPL 2022. The game will take place in the iconic Wankhede Stadium.
Middle-order batsman Shreyas Iyer will be leading KKR for the first time. The Chennai Based franchise is worried about the fitness of the elite pacer Deepak Chahar while Ruturaj Gaikwad’s availability for the first remains uncertain. The middle-order batsman Ambati Rayudu is also on his road to recovery.
The Ranchi-born cricketer owns a huge farm of 43 acres at Ranchi. He spends most of his time on the farm. The former skipper is passionate about nature and has spoken about the same in his public interactions. The wicket-keeper is inactive on social media but does not forget to give a glimpse of his farm once in a while. His Instagram is filled with nature-based photos.
According to an India Today report, MS Dhoni is decided to open his 43-acre farm for the general public on the occasion of the Holi season. The farm is located in his hometown Ranchi. The locals will be allowed to buy Fruits and Vegetables from the farm.
The farm will remain open for three days – March 17, 18, and 19. Watermelon, Strawberries, Papaya, Guava, Peas, and capsicum fish are some of the products available in the farm. The price of famous strawberries is INR 50 per 250 grams.
