It has been nearly seven months since the legendary Indian cricketer, MS Dhoni was last seen in action on the cricket field. Since then, he has been leaving no stone unturned in spending time with his family and friends and is focusing on his movie production business. Dhoni recently garnered a lot of limelight when he offered a ride to Kedar Jadhav and Ruturaj Gaikwad in his luxurious SUV and recently was seen partying in Dubai with Hardik Pandya and rapper Badshah.
Now, MS Dhoni has been in the news once again after a video of him giving an autograph to a fan on the back of his white t-shirt has gone viral. He has also been spotted clicking with his fans on multiple occasions in recent times.

It is a no-brainer that MS Dhoni will continue to lead the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in the IPL 2023 as he had made it clear during CSK’s final IPL 2022 fixture that he will be available for the next season and has every intention of playing in front of an electrifying Chennai crowd.

However, it does remain to be seen whether this will turn out to be Dhoni’s final IPL season as a player. He turned 41 in July this year and should this edition of the marquee tournament be his swansong, he would be hoping to end his illustrious career by leading CSK to a record-equaling fifth IPL crown.
Meanwhile, the Chennai Super Kings have finalized their list of retained and released cricketers and have a purse of INR 20.45 Crore heading into the IPL 2023 mini-auction which is scheduled to take place in Kochi on December 23. They would now be hoping to use that money to make some smart long-term investments on auction day.
