Chasing 182, LSG were under immense pressure for most of their innings. KKR dominated early, with Vaibhav Arora delivering a crucial double blow in the fifth over. He dismissed both Aiden Markram and Mitchell Marsh, breaking a dangerous opening stand and putting the visitors on the back foot.

The pressure continued to build when Cameron Green struck soon after, removing LSG captain Rishabh Pant in the ninth over. At that stage, KKR looked firmly in control, with the game slipping away from LSG.

However, Mukul Choudhary had other plans. Displaying remarkable composure under pressure, he counterattacked brilliantly in the death overs, taking calculated risks and finding boundaries at crucial moments. His innings shifted momentum dramatically, leaving KKR scrambling in the final overs.

Earlier, KKR posted a competitive total on the back of solid contributions from captain Ajinkya Rahane, who scored a quick 41 off 24 balls, and Rovman Powell, who provided late fireworks with an unbeaten 39. Green also chipped in with a steady 32*, helping the hosts cross the 180-run mark.
