Mumbai Indians (MI) are the most successful team in the history of the Indian Premier League (IPL) as they have won the trophy five times. However, they could not find their mojo in the 2021 season as they finished out of the playoffs race and could not register a hat-trick of title triumphs having won back-to-back editions in 2019 & 2020 respectively.

Slice has announced a three-year partnership with the Mumbai Indians and according to this deal, the company’s logo will appear on the front of all Mumbai Indians’ official jerseys.

In a video shared by Mumbai Indians, Rohit Sharma was heard saying, “Hoping for a long and fruitful partnership.”

On the other hand, Slice Founder-CEO, Rajan Bajaj said. “There is definitely zero correlation between a financial product and a cricket team. However, there are a lot of similarities between the two teams who are relentlessly seeking the championship. Being the most successful team in the IPL with 5 titles to its name, Mumbai Indians inspires not only millions of its fans, but also entrepreneurs like me with the team’s passion, focus, and persistent spirit.”
