Gujarat Titans captain Hardik Pandya has got off to a great start in IPL 2022. He has led the Ahmedabad-based franchise to two wins in two games so far. Gujarat started their campaign with a win over Lucknow Super Giants and then a victory against last year’s table-toppers Delhi Capitals as well.
Meanwhile, Hardik Pandya’s wife Natasa Stankovic has recently posted a hilarious Instagram story where she shared a picture of Hardik wearing her socks and captioned it: “When he wears my socks.” Soon after, Hardik replied: “They are mine.”

Hardik Pandya will next be seen in action when the Gujarat Titans play their next match against the Punjab Kings. Both Gujarat and Punjab have been doing well in the new season so far. While Gujarat Titans are undefeated still, PBKS have two wins of their first three matches in the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League so far as well.

On the other hand, former Team India opener Wasim Jaffer has recently appreciated Hardik Pandya for his captaincy against the Delhi Capitals. The veteran was impressed with the way Hardik has been using his bowlers as he ensured that the Gujarat Titans won the match despite a good partnership between Rishabh Pant and Lalit Yadav.
“By the end of the 15th over, Hardik Pandya had four overs of their specialist bowlers. Although he had to manage one over, I think he didn’t need to because he trusted his main bowlers. Impressive. I think I was very impressed with Hardik’s captaincy as well,” Wasim Jaffer was quoted as saying on ESPNCricinfo after the match.
