Team India will be traveling to Australia for a big series for over two months after the successful completion of IPL 2020 in UAE. The entire team, along with the support staff, will be traveling from Dubai to Sydney. The hosts and Men in Blue are set to lock horns in six limited-overs games followed by a four-match Test series. BCCI announced the jumbo squad only on Monday, and the exclusion of Rohit Sharma from all the squads has been surprising for most of the Indian fans.
It was quite evident that Rohit had missed the last couple of IPL matches for Mumbai Indians (MI). The reports suggested that Sharma has been nursing a hamstring injury and would be back on the field as soon as possible. However, after the announcements, some of the ardent social media users claimed that Rohit Sharma dropped “Indian Cricketer” from his social media bio after not being picked into any of the squads for the Australian tour.

On the contrary, some are claiming that the veteran Indian opener never had such a thing in the bio. Whatever it may be, things are not looking transparent in his matter from the BCCI, and the fans are very much curious about the same. If his injury was one of the concerns, but then MI posted some of the pictures of him training on Monday itself which portrays a different story altogether.

Just after the announcement of squads, Mum Indians uploaded a video of Rohit Sharma practicing in nets. In fact, he was seen playing his classic shots with a decent amount of footwork. And this is the reason; the air is still not clear over his matter. Legendary cricketer Sunil Gavaskar also expressed his videos on the matter. For now, the coming times can only give us a clearer perspective.
Here’s how Twitter is divided over Rohit Sharma’s bio:
