As Jasprit Bumrah has been impressing the world with his stunning bowling in international cricket, his bowling made everyone his fan including kids. When India were in Australia last year, a video of an Australian kid went viral on the social media who was seen trying to copy Bumrah’s bowling action.

However, the India pacer had also replied to the video, referring the kid as cute and giving him his best wishes as well. And now another young kid from New Zealand has emulated his unorthodox yet highly effective bowling style. In the video, the budding cricketer was seen to have perfectly copied Bumrah’s action and the video went viral in no times. A New Zealand cricket coach posted the video on Twitter and he also tagged Jasprit Bumrah in the tweet.

The video became viral in no minutes as fans showered praise on the kid. Not only the fans, but former New Zealand allrounder Scott Styris also replied to the video. The legendary all-rounder also retweeted the post and made it clear that the kid’s bowling impressed him pretty much.

Jasprit Bumrah is currently in New Zealand, playing the ODI series. After missing the full home series in the latter half of 2019 due to a back injury, he made his return to action last month during the T20I series against Sri Lanka.

In the three-match ODI series against Australia at home, he picked up only one wicket and helped India win the series 2-1. In the five-match series against New Zealand at their backyard, he scalped six wickets out of which three came in one game as well.

But his economical bowling has helped India registered a whitewash and also won their first-ever T20I series win in New Zealand. In the first ODI against the Kiwis, he failed to take a wicket as New Zealand chased down 348 with ease to take the lead in the three-match ODI series.
