The Indian cricket team is set to begin their 2018/19 New Zealand tour with the five-match ODI series, starting on this Wednesday (23 January). Currently, in the ODI rankings, India is in the second position with 121 rating points and New Zealand is at the third position with 113 rating points.

New Zealand 3 – India 2: The hosts New Zealand will gain only rating point while the visiting side India will lose two rating points for this close series margin. In this scenario, New Zealand will conclude the series with 114 rating points while India will finish with 119 rating points.
