Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) captain Pat Cummins once again showcased his ability to perform under pressure during the IPL 2024 Qualifier 1 against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR). Cummins contributed a vital 30 runs when his team was struggling and followed it up with a crucial wicket, dismissing KKR’s Sunil Narine to give SRH a fighting chance.
Narine was dismissed in the seventh over with a short delivery on the off-stump line. He attempted a pull shot but failed to time it properly, sending the ball straight to deep mid-wicket, where Vijayakanth Viyaskanth took a comfortable catch.
