Young leg-spinner Rahul Chahar has come in the news for his recent reaction on the field on Thursday. He had an altercation with the umpire while playing for India A against South Africa A. Notably, he is a part of the India A side that played against South Africa A in a 4-day game at Mangaung Oval, Bloemfontein as well.
On the last delivery of the 128th over of South Africa A’s innings, Rahul Chahar, who was bowling from round the wicket, hit the batsman Sinethemba Qeshile on the pads and appealed for a huge LBW as well. But the umpire turned down the appeal and also suggested that the ball had pitched outside leg also.
Rahul Clearly was clearly not happy with the decision and the spinner threw his sunglasses on the ground in anger. However, the umpire walked towards Rahul Chahar to talk to him when he was seen arguing vociferously with him as well.
Rahul Chahar might get pulled up here, showing absolute dissent to the umpires call.
