Suresh Raina, who has made a comeback into the Indian side after more than a year, proved as to why he is still one of the fittest players of the Indian team. During the ongoing first T20I between South Africa and India, Raina grabbed an impressive catch to dismiss the South African captain, JP Duminy.
On the ultimate delivery of the fifth over, Duminy skied a Bhuvneshwar Kumar delivery. Raina, who was fielding at mid-wicket, ran backwards to take the catch near the boundary. Duminy ended up scoring 3 (7).
It is not the first time that Raina has displayed such signs of brilliance. Whilst his stint in the team over the years, he had taken aplenty such catches.
Out of the team due to poor form and fitness, such a catch would have been a great morale booster for him.
