Eventually, RCB lost teh game by just 1 runs, as they required 21 runs in the last over to secure victory. Dinesh Karthik failed to do much as he was dismissed in the 19th over, but surprisingly, Karan Sharma smashed three sixes in the last over off Mitchell Starc but perished soon after.

Shreyas Iyer’s pivotal innings bolstered KKR’s total as he crafted a well-earned half-century, adding 50 runs from 36 balls to the scoreboard.
