Hardik and Rahul who were a part of the show’s first ever cricket-based segment, have now been suspended from the on-going series in Australia and have been sent back home and placed on further investigation. At the recent BewithBeti event, Rakhi lashed out at Hardik Pandya’s statements and these were her exact words, “Abhi abhi humare cricketer ne, Hardik Pandya ji ne kahan tha ki mai ladki ko peeche se dekhta hun aur agar mujhe peeche acha lagta hai toh mai jaake Maa ko bolta hun ki aaj may karke aaya hun. Mujhe bohot dukh hua yeh sunke.”

She went on to question the cricketer and said, “But Hardik Ji, kabhi kabhi ladka bhii peeche se acha dikhta hai. Toh agar ladki nahi ladka hua toh aap kya karenge?”

And as much as this statement of hers had us cracking up, one has to agree that it was savage of Rakhi to say this. The cricketers and their statements got them a lot of flak. While Rahul had the decency to watch what he was saying to Karan Johar, Pandya got carried away and passed many sexist, misogynistic and degrading comments, so much so that Hotstar had to pulled down their episode from the website and the app.
